This virtual panel includes a variety of voices in environmental justice, sustainable food systems, and food access, including Chief Impact Officer Jaime Arroyo of Lancaster Community Action Partnership, Co-Founder of Lancaster Changemakers Collective Sobeida Rosa and Chair of Climate and Environmental Justice at Lancaster National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and Professor of Geosciences Zeshan Ismat who specializes in anaerobic digestors.
