About
Hello! I’m Julia, I use she/her pronouns, and I’m studying Biology, Environmental and Sustainability Sciences, and Chemistry at the George Washington University in Washington DC.
During summer 2022, I was an intern with the Factory Farming Awareness Coalition as part of their Student Advocate program, and during the school year, I’m on the boards of Take Back the Tap, a student organization working to reduce the use of bottled water and all single use plastics on campus, as well as to educate others on water-related environmental issues, and GW Club Cross Country. I’m most passionate about natural conservation, especially as it relates to biodiversity, ecosystem health, and preventing pollution.
